This week, our culinary journey lands in Tel Aviv — a city that hums with energy, creativity, and flavor. Join us for a three-course exploration of modern Israeli cuisine, paired with inspired cocktails and wines that capture the city’s sun-soaked, sea-breezed spirit.

Start with crispy falafel with creamy hummus and cucumber-tomato salad, or a salatim spread of roasted eggplant, tahini, pickled vegetables, and matbucha with warm pita.

Then, choose between harissa lamb shank slow-braised with chickpeas and preserved lemon over saffron couscous, or dorade brushed with olive oil and za’atar, served with herbed couscous and tahini sauce.

Finish with knafeh, a warm phyllo-and-cheese dessert soaked in orange-blossom syrup and topped with pistachios, or chocolate tahini gelato drizzled with olive oil and sea salt.
